Cancellation

1) for our reason

We will cancel processing credit card settlement.

Upon receipt of your confirmation, the procedure will be made within 10 days. If settlement and cancel proceeding month are different, payment will be withdrawn once but refund to you after all.

2) For customers reason

including alternation of tour day and course or reducing persons, after reservations being confirmed by internet, cancellation charge will be on yours.
No charges before 8days of rafting day
30% will be charged before 7-4days of rafting
50% will be charged before 3-1days of rafting
100% will be charges on the day of rafting
